Policy

Our return policy is in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, please take read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Change of mind

Under COVID 19 circumstances, we don't accept product exchange/return due to change of mind.

Ordered wrong size/colour/item

We're unable to exchange or accept return if you've ordered wrong size/colour/item. Please check the size guide, colour and item carefully before placing order.

Please note:

We can change the product if it’s not yet posted. Please contact us ASAP if you'd like to change products in your order.

Defective products /Faulty products /Warranty

If your item/s arrives defective or damaged or it's faulty under warranty, please send us the photo to: [email protected]. We will provide provide a return label for you to return the item(s) back to us for inpection. We will then contact you to provide the exchange/refund after we received the item(s)

Receipt of incorrect orders.

Sometimes, we do make mistake by sending you products not as you ordered. We do apology for this.

We will send you the return label to return the item(s) back to us. We will send you replacement after we received the item(s) back.

Exchange Process

1. Send an email to [email protected] about the exchange together with the order invoice
2. We will email you a return label that you can affix to your exchange and send item(s) back to us.
3. We will send you another item(s) after we receive the item(s) in its unopened, unused and original saleable condition.

Please Note

- If the exchange is a change of mind, you must pay for postage costs for sending the item(s) back to us and the postage for sending you new item(s).
- If the exchange is for defective/damaged item(s)  or the wrong order, we will send you another with free postage.- 

2. Shipping

Delivery Time Frame

It usually takes 1-5 business days for deliveries in Australia for in-stock item(s).

Under COVID-19 restriction, delivery may take up to 3-4 weeks. If you need to recive your order urgently, please make sure to choose the Express Post.

To make the delivery more convenient to you, Australia Post provides options: 1. Card if noone at home, 2. Leave parcel in a safe place

Please note: If you chose the delivery option which is "Leave parcel in a safe place", we're not responsible to compensate any lost/damaged packages or send you a replacement if the parcel is missing.

Missing delivery

If you couldn't receive your delivery in 30 days after it was posted, please you notify us and we'll do our best to track your package and resolve the situation. It is your responsibility to ensure that your package is secured after delivery and if your package is missing after delivery this is not our responsibility. In the event that tracking indicates that the package has been delivered and or signed for, there is little we can do especially if we are not notified straight away that your delivery is missing. We will only send you a replacement or a refund after the matter is resolved from delivery service.

3. Payment

We accept payment from Visa, Master Card

4. Preorder

Once a preorder is placed with us it is possible to cancel it at any time, we understand that people may change their minds for any reason. You will be asked to pay the total price for your preorder up front as you would when you purchase any product online. However, should you decide to cancel your preorder you will be charged 20% of the total price as a cancellation fee. The balance will be refunded to your card.

If there are unforseen circumstances that are out of our control the preorder time frame could be extended. We apologise for any inconvenience and will deliver your preorder as soon as stocks arrive.

We will keep you updated about your preorder status during the waiting period via our newsletter.

Please make sure you create your account on our website when you place a preorder and subscribe to our newsletter to get updates about your preorder. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically and subscribe to our newsletter for updates/changes in regard to your preorder.

5. International
Order/preorder

We currently provide international shipping. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. If you can't find your country on the list, please contact us [email protected]

We have 2 couriers for international shipping

- UPS Express Saver normally takes 2-4 working days

- Fedex International Priority normally takes 2-3 working days

- Due to Covid-19 the delivery time may be longer

If you wish to return/exchange products, you will be responsible for shipping costs incurred.

If the product you receive is defective or faulty upon receipt, please provide us photographic proof for investigation within 7 days after receipt of your order. We will send you a refund or a replacement. However you are liable for international shipping costs. Only domestic shipping costs are covered under our terms of service.

Receipt of incorrect orders: If you receive a product in different colour, we hope you can please take it. We do apology for the mistake due to proccessing large orders. To discuss further, please contact us to [email protected].

You are responsible to pay any import customs duties and taxes in your country
